After packing up and visiting pooh bridge, off it was continuing down the forrest way through some faboulous countryside. Some steep pushing up hills. A pause at the sublime ‘The huntsman” by eridge station for a couple of pints in the sun.

Then at Hartsfield starts the sublime Cuckoo trail, fully paved in asphalt an mainly smooth….and going south nearly all downhill or flat…through lovely woods, many people out enjoying themselves on saturday.

At the end a quick pause at hailsham to pick up inflatable pillow I ordered on Amazon, then 2 miles out of town to Littledownash farm. A lovely campsite.
