So after packing up and loading up the bike..it was off into Paris destination the notra dame catherderal, the end of the Avenue Verte and start of velo scenic cycle route to mont st Michel. I would be carrying on a few miles to an air bnb in malakof.

It was a nice route but far from direct, mainly following the river, but cutting accross the forest of st Germain. And finally following the canals into the city Center passing through St Dennis and past Stad du France which looks like a spaceship had landed.

One delay after about one third distance, soft rear tyre, pumped up but soft again in 10 min, so tools out and new tube in(that night found hole was on inside of tube…why?. I could find no faults at the time.

Ait B n b was small but lovely fitted out, could fit the bike in just…move as required to access cooker or bathroom.
