The area of la defence is the equivalent of London’s docklands, I was last hear 20 odd years ago..but I wanted to again see the centrepiece la Grande arch.

Completed in 1987, it is quite a intresting building, quite audacious in its architecture.

I would up the night at one of the many resteraunt in the area for a steak dinner.
