To stay a second day here in the spa town….mainly as i was tired…but looked so different from all the other places around as it was a spa town

But first just before arrival yesterday came across this church. The notra dame de lignou….

Big question is why so fancy and why here….a place with a smattering of houses. It also held a ww2 grave of a Canadian fighter pilot killed in 1944…rip still nearly 80years on.

So the reason for day off was to ride the velo rail….on the remains of old railway to the next village and back. For there size the really move down the hill and easy to pedal up.

It was good fun and nice and cool in the woods.

After that a bit of a look round town….very hot n humid. Had some beers, a mojito or two and ice cream.

It’s a spa town…the water comes out the ground at 24deg C….and spa offers lots of treatments. Blood disorders, rheumatism and err gynacolagy.

It must be a lot of water as river comes our building much bigger than it goes in.
